  • Up to 3 calls with us to discuss lease negotiations 
  • All phone calls and correspondence with landlord solicitor
  • Finalisation of lease:
  • Provision of sign-off letter
  • Preparation of executable and registerable copies
  • Drawing of cheques for registration (where necessary)
